Banner Integration

  1. What data needs to come from Banner into the ERA database?

The Universal User Table (ER.ER_UNVL_USR_T) is populated from an HR system. A script automatically replicates and stores the data every twenty-four hours. See PersonnelDataFeed.

  2. What data needs to be fed back into Banner?

See General Q. 1 answer. J. McKerr says: "we'll have to work with Phil Brown"

General Questions

  1. There are two tables spaces involved: ER and FIS_ER. What is the origin and reason behind this division?

The FIS_ER schema is the main integration point for incoming data from the current FIS to ERA. This is the data that would need to be populated from your financial system (Banner)
